Two barrels. A distant silhouette. A second of uncertainty. Follow your tracers all the way to the target.

Gunner’s notes
Target profiles. Geran-2 is a small propeller-driven delta wing; Geran-4 is a faster jet delta. Kh-101 and Kalibr are longer, fast cruise missiles on low training routes. The readout shows type, approximate dimensions, speed in m/s and km/h. Public specifications vary between versions. Sizes and hit volumes follow the selected profile; routes and damage are simplified for this range. Mixed proportions are chosen for play.
Place your burst ahead of a moving target, then watch where the tracers actually arrive. Distant rounds take seconds to get there.
Control the recoil. Each shot kicks the gun upward, jolts it sideways and moves its barrel. Long bursts build vibration and heat. Pull the mouse down gently to counter the rise, or release the trigger and let the mount settle. Short bursts are easier to hold on target.
Wide / precision view. The wide optic has a simple center mark. Press Z or zoom in to reveal the full range and speed scales. They expand once the optic reaches about 2× magnification.
Optional radar estimate. Aim near a drone and press Q. After about 1.2 seconds of measurements, an amber ring shows an estimated gun direction allowing for motion, flight time, gravity, drag and wind. Put your center mark in the ring, keep following it yourself, and fire short bursts. The ring is an estimate, not a guarantee: measured motion lags turns and barrel dispersion remains. Press Q again to release. A lost track must be acquired again.
1. Match the range for manual scales. Set MANUAL SIGHT to the contact distance in metres. Use [ and ], the +/− buttons, or type a range from 250 to 4,000 m. Radar uses its own measured range; it does not change this manual setting.
2. Allow for drop. The four lower marks are 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, and 4,000 m. The long horizontal row is calibrated for your selected sight range. Place the target on that row to raise the barrels enough for nominal bullet drop.
3. Allow for movement. Side ticks are 25, 50, 75, and 100 m/s of sideways speed. A target moving right goes on a LEFT tick; a target moving left goes on a RIGHT tick.
Example: at 1,000 m with 50 m/s rightward motion, set the sight to 1,000 m and put the target on the left 50 tick on the range row. The round takes about 0.92 s, so the target travels about 46 m during flight.
Z magnifies the calibrated scale. The speed readout is total speed; approaching or receding contacts need less sideways lead. Climbing or falling contacts need additional vertical lead. Wind and dispersion still affect the burst.

Burst camera: fire, then press F to replay one round of your latest burst with a camera beside it. The round has a visible side profile and compact tracer glow. F again returns to your unchanged aim and zoom. Playback runs at normal speed (1×), slowing to 0.05× within 100 m of a contact, then returning to 1× after it clears the contact. P pauses it. It records actual round paths and damage; it does not steer shots. A completed burst stays available until you fire a new one or reset the range. Old history pauses the range; at the live edge, the range continues at playback speed. The nearest-pass number refers to the closest round in the entire recorded burst, measured to a drone’s center.
A fictional practice range inspired by the Gepard. Ballistics, radar and component damage are approximations for play. The optional amber cue estimates nominal lead from sampled positions. Neither radar nor manual sight scales steer the gun, fire, guide rounds or guarantee hits.
